fosmid_endreads.txt: text file of the end reads for the fosmids, along with primer information
that tells the orientation of the inserts in the vectors.  These are paired-end reads, so there will be two
for each fosmid, one from each end of the insert.  The forward primers are listed as "BFF" and the
reverse primers are "BFR".
